A different cruising equation

Water independence changes what is possible offshore.

Aqua Nautica turns seawater into fresh water while protecting the energy budget that also powers refrigeration, navigation and communications.

Tell us about your boat
01

Protect your battery bank

The Clark pump recovers pressure energy that conventional reverse-osmosis systems discharge overboard.

02

Stay longer where you want to be

Produce fresh water aboard instead of shaping passages and anchorages around refill stops.

03

Understand the system you own

No electronic control unit and no continual pressure adjustment — a serviceable hydraulic design for real boats.

Aqua Nautica PRO Series

Choose the output. Keep the same simple philosophy.

Three production levels, direct access to the online shop and one low-energy architecture.

The right choice starts with demand

Do not buy by boat length alone.

The useful answer comes from crew size, daily water habits, desired running hours and the energy available aboard.

Clark pump energy recovery

The pressure that normally goes overboard goes back to work.

Conventional reverse osmosis discards pressurized brine. Aqua Nautica uses that pressure to assist the next pumping cycle, dramatically reducing the electrical power required to desalinate seawater.

  1. 1
    Pressurize seawater

The feed circuit supplies the reverse-osmosis membrane.

  2. 2
    Separate fresh water

Fresh permeate is produced while concentrated brine exits.

  3. 3
    Recover the pressure

The Clark pump transfers brine energy to incoming seawater.

Result: lower DC demandMore of the boat's stored energy remains available for everything else.
Built from proven components

Before you choose

Questions serious buyers ask.

Clear answers reduce risk before the quotation and installation planning stage.

Can Aqua Nautica watermakers run from batteries and solar?
The PRO Series operates on 12V or 24V DC and is designed around low-energy operation. Final battery, cable and solar sizing depends on the selected model and the vessel's electrical system.
Do I need to run a generator?
A correctly sized DC installation can operate without a generator. The Clark pump recovers pressure energy from the brine stream, substantially reducing electrical demand.
Which model is right for my boat?
The best choice depends on crew size, desired daily water production, available running time, voltage and charging capacity. Send those details and Aqua Nautica will recommend a model.
Can an owner install the system?
The systems are designed for straightforward installation and include detailed instructions. Installation must follow the current manual, vessel requirements and good marine practice.
Is worldwide delivery available?
Aqua Nautica supplies customers through its distribution network and offers worldwide delivery. Freight, local duties and the installation scope are confirmed with the quotation.
What support is available after purchase?
Online customer support, warranty service and spare parts are available. The hydraulic, electronics-free design helps owners and technicians understand diagnosis and routine service.
